Geraldine Elizabeth Greene

Mrs. Geraldine Elizabeth Greene, age 88 of Cleveland, passed away February 25, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Greene was born November 24, 1921 in Davidson, TN to the late John and Notie Ford Blevins. She was a retired teacher, realtor and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Greene was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Clinton Greene, brothers Bill Blevins, Grady Blevins and Benny Blevins, sisters Ruby Blevins Garrison and Janet Blevins Kaylor. Survivors include, her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Ron Graham, Cleveland; grandchildren, Tracy and Dr. John Taylor, Cleveland, Ronni and Dr. Gary Smoot, Cary, NC; great grandchildren, Christie Taylor, Christiana Hall, Palmer Hall; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jane and Ralph Crabbe, Seffner, FL; Joyce and Doil Roberson, Baxter, TN. Funeral services were held at 1 P.M. Saturday, March 6, 2010 from the Chapel of Singleton Funeral Home, Glen Burne, Maryland. Interment was in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
