Gertrude "Trudi" Kimsey

Gertrude “Trudi” Kimsey, age 78, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019.   Mrs. Kimsey was born in White Plains, NY the daughter of the late Benny and Mildred Donato Checchia. Trudi was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. She was the office manager at Cheston Kimsey Jr. DDS and loved her family dearly. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Marie McMorrough.   Survivors include her husband, Cheston Berrong Kimsey Jr., Sautee; sons and daughters-in-law, Berrong and Lori Kimsey, Sautee; Greg and Gail Kimsey, Clarkesville; Keith and Adriana Kimsey, Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Tonya and Jason Fowler; Chris and Cydia Kimsey, Candler Kimsey, Karson Kimsey, Cameron Kimsey, Ashley Kimsey, Alec Kimsey, Amber Kimsey; great granddaughter, Phoebe Fowler; niece, Vicki McMorrough.   A memorial mass is scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2019 at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church.
