Grace Elizabeth Gresham

Grace Elizabeth Gresham, age 69, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.

Mrs. Gresham was born on December 19, 1951, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late Rev. John and Nadine Pierce Thomas.  She was a retired early childhood and special needs educator and a member of County Line Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny Thomas, Jr. and Benny Thomas.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Joe Gresham; daughters and sons-in-law, Christy (Brian) Payne, Clermont, and Dee Dee (Tony) Rogers, Demorest; grandchildren, Whitney (Mason) Lane, Lindsey (Dylan) Self, Faith (Andrew) Graham, Hailey Payne, Keri Rogers, and Romman Rogers; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Cecil Harris; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Cindy Thomas; several nieces and nephews with a daughter like niece, Lanelle Thomas also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Friday, April 2, 2021 at County Line Baptist Church.  The Rev. Milton Harris and the Rev. John Reeser will officiate.  Interment will follow in County Line Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Graham officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
