Gwendell Bulgin

Gwendell Elwood Bulgin, age 82, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022. Mr. Bulgin was born on February 17, 1940, in White County, to the late George and Daisy Dorsey Bulgin. He was a retired planer mill operator and worked for Mt. Yonah Lumber and Hogan Lumber companies. Mr. Bulgin attended Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church and Trinity Full Gospel Church. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, cattle farming, auto mechanics, and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Gwendell was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Brenda Sue Bulgin; brother, William Bulgin. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie and Rev. Jim Ansley, Cornelia, and Lori and Dave Southern, St. Augustine, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Lane and Carol Bulgin, Cleveland; grandchildren, Kyle Ansley, Cody and Jessi Ansley, Darcy Southern, Molly Southern, Leah Southern, Colton Bulgin, Caitlyn Bulgin, and Landon Bulgin; great-grandchildren, Asher Ansley, Cason Ansley, Emory Ansley, and Griffy Ansley; sister, Annie Kinsey, Cleveland. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 8, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave Fortner and the Rev. Paul Flynn will officiate.
