Gwindle F. Skinner, age 59 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022. Ms. Skinner was born April 28, 1962 in Melbourne, FL to the late Thomas James Skinner and Virginia A. Withrow Skinner. She was the owner of Gwin’s Cleaning Service. Survivors include her daughter and fiancé, Jesica Sowell and Nick Carpenter, Clarkesville; daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline and Eric Phillips, South Carolina; grandchildren, Daniel Sowell, Gunner Atkinson; spouse, Michael Morgan.
