Harlen Jarrard

Mr. Harlen Jarrard, age 74, of Cleveland passed away Thursday December 18, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Jarrard was born in Lumpkin County the son of the late Edward and Lila Jones Jarrard. He was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Jarrard, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Buena Cleveland. Mr. Jarrard was a member of Town Creek Baptist Church and retired from the White County Road Department. Survivors include his wife, Joann Jarrard, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Marshall Anderson, Cleveland; grandchildren, Daylan Anderson, Dade Anderson, both of Cleveland; sister, Helen Hester, Dahlonega; sister and brother-in-law, Tona and Rondal Hester, Dahlonega. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday December 20, 2014 at Town Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Casey Robinson and the Rev. Philip Robinson will officiate.
