Harold Randall Gilstrap

Mr. Harold Randall Gilstrap, age 55, of Gainesville passed away Tuesday April 6, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Gilstrap was born on February 14, 1955 to the late Thelma Lou Thomas and Harold Gilstrap. He was the owner of Gilstrap TV and was a member of Murrayville Assembly of God. He was a loving husband, brother and friend. Survivors include his wife, Doris Roberts Gilstrap, Gainesville; step-daughter, Weda Lee, Gainesville; sisters, Ellene Ballew, Clermont and Evelyn Sue Gilstrap, Gainesville; niece, Whitney Anna Chandler, Gainesville; step-grandchildren, Josh Rogers, Gainesville and Jenifer Webb, Cleveland; step-great-grandchildren, Demetrix Webb, Cleveland, Makayla Webb, Cleveland and Jaleen Rogers, Gainesville; mother-in-law, Mary Ruth Roberts, Cleveland. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, April 9, 2010 from the chapel of Barrett Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Short officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 pm Thursday, April 8th at the funeral home.
