Harold Link

Mr. Harold Link, age 91, of Dawsonville, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023. Mr. Link was born in Herdorf, Germany to the late August and Anna Link. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by beloved in-laws, Wilhelm Raab and Olga Raab; nephews, Tommy Birk and Martin Lichtenthaeler. Mr. Link was a restaurateur, blacksmith, artist and musician. Survivors include wife, Theresia Link, Dawsonville; daughter and son-in-law, Betina and Dr. Harold Skaggs; grandchildren, Megan Skaggs, and Audrey and Charlie Conley; great-grandson, Clark Conley; brother and sister-in-law, Helmut and Rosemarie Link; sister, Annchen Brenner; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Walt and Elke Snyder; brother-in-law, Hans Raab; nieces and nephews, Erin and Kyle Bochat, Nicole and Jason Connelly, Scott and Bridie Rhinehart, Bernhard Birk, Petra Knetch, Sabine Lichtenthaeler; and several other nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, January 23, 2023, at St. Paul’s the Apostle Catholic Church. Father Vincent Sullivan will officiate.
