Harry William Grier

Harry William Grier, age 67 of Lula, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. Mr. Grier was born in Hall County to the late William Penn Grier and Ruby Louise Faulkner Grier. Harry was a self employed farmer. Survivors include his wife, Janet Grier, Lula; daughter and fiance, Kelley Boyd and Curt Hulsey, Lula; daughter, Penny Nix, Lula; son and daughter-in-law, David and Kristi Dearman, Gainesville; sister, Billie Crocker, Lula; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Pam Grier, Lula; grandchildren, Carly Evans, Luke Evans, Emma Nix, Makenzi Wooten, Mason Free and Luke Free. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Will Fuller will officiate. Interment will follow at Calvary Cross Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the funeral home.
