Hazel Ulene Harkins

Barrett Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Hazel Ulene Arrowood Harkins, age 75 of Cleveland. Mrs. Harkins passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Mrs. Harkins was born in Habersham County on February 10, 1947 to the late Jay Arrowood and Hazel Bell Hogan Arrowood. She was a homemaker and is preceded in death by her son, Nickolas Harold Harkins. Survivors include her son, Michael Harkins, Toccoa; brothers, John Arrowood, Ronnie Arrowood and Donnie Arrowood; sisters, Mamie Croy, Mildred Dalton and Ruth Collins; grandchildren, Alex Hilton and Lexi Hilton as well as her former husband Terry Harkins. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 19, 2022 in the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. W.A. Jenkins will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2pm prior to the service.
