Hazel Terry Head

Mrs. Hazel Terry Head age 86 of Cleveland passed away Sunday February 11, 2007 at Oak Heritage Health Care following an extended illness. Mrs. Head was born in Habersham County, Georgia on September 23, 1920 the daughter of the late James Madison and Mary Ellen Cantrell Terry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Head, sister, Nellie Morris and brothers, Price Terry, Hollis Terry and Louis Terry. Mrs. Head was a retired Nurse and a member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Helen Head, Cleveland: daughter, Cynthia Head, Woodstock; brother, O.B. Terry, Tyrone: grandchild, Kecia Black, Woodstock. Funeral services wil be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday February 13, 2007 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Turner will officiate. Burial will follow in B.C. Grant Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-9 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
