Helen Farmer

Mrs. Helen Farmer, age 80, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. Mrs. Farmer was born in Cleveland to the late Fay and Bonnie Priest Lovell. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Vernon Farmer; and daughter, Peggy Farmer Abernathy. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Donny Loggins and Rita Farmer and Mack Lawson; grandchildren, Samantha and Justin Hughes, Kathryn Loggins, Jesse and Jennifer Abernathy, and Victoria and Drew Allison; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Garland and Judy Lovell, Vernon Lovell, Kathy and Jeff Wrenn, Guy and Iva Lovell, Garry and Teresa Lovell, and Debbie and Bruce Brady; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Flynn will officiate. Interment will follow at Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. Monday, September 13, 2021.
