Helen Lorain Harkins

Helen Lorain Harkins, age 66, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Mrs. Harkins was born May 7, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was a homemaker and a strong, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  Mrs. Harkins was preceded in death by her parents, great-granddaughter Maddison Korb, sister and best friend Lyunda King, and numerous brothers and sisters. Survivors include husband, Bill Harkins, Cleveland; sons, James Helton, Commerce, Delmer Helton, Florence, KY, and Matthew Harkins, Cleveland; daughter, Tina Schubert, College Hill, Ohio; daughters and sons in law, Rebecca and Mark Waller, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Amanda and Scott Harness, Cleveland; sisters, Margaret Klousis, Cincinnati, Ohio, Barbara Lawwill, Mayesville, Kentucky; and Brenda Pira, Leesburg, Florida; 37 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 24, 2017 from Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00-3:00 P.M.
