Helen Marie Prater

Helen Marie Prater, age 89, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021. Mrs. Prater was born on December 17, 1931, in Webster, South Dakota, to the late Noah Hubert and Clara Julia Olson Whipple. She worked as a registered nurse and was a very loving, caring, and giving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her eldest son, David W. Lee; and eldest daughter, Ruth A. Lee. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Don Prater, Cleveland; sister, Jane Whipple; five children; fifteen grandchildren. No public services will be held.
