Henry Eugene Staton

Henry Eugene Staton, age 84 of Cleveland, Ga passed away Wednesday October 7, 2021. Mr. Staton was born on June 7, 1937 to the late Garland Staton and Kate Hill Staton and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church. Along with his parents, Mr. Staton is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Staton; brothers, Ralph Staton, J.T. Staton, William Staton; as well as sisters, Lois Howard, and Martha Holden. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Renae and Steven Woodall of Dawsonville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Alice and John Lecroy of Greenville, SC; and grandson, Zach Kendall of Dawsonville, GA. Funeral services are scheduled for 2PM, Sunday October 10, 2021 at the Chapel at Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave Fortner will officiate. Interment will follow at Blue Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Saturday October 9, 2021 at Barrett Funeral home.
