Herbert Krois

Herbert Krois, age 80, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Mr. Krois was born on January 27, 1940, in Graz, Austria. He was a self-employed mechanical engineer and a contractor of the United States Army. Mr. Krois also served in the Austrian Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carole Ellen Krois. Mr. Krois met Mrs. Krois is South Africa, in 1965, doing construction. They moved to South Florida where he began his career as a Mercedes STAR Technician. Mr. Krois was awarded the highest award as a silent operator from the military for his contract work. Survivors include his son, Jason Krois, Sautee Nacoochee, GA; daughter and spouse, Dina Krois and John Parham, Lansing, Michigan; grandson, J.J. Parham; sister, Irmi Krois, Austria.
