Hubert Daniel Wade

Mr. Hubert Daniel Wade, age 92, of Cleveland passed away Wednesday March 11, 2015. Mr. Wade was born April 25, 1922 in Banks County the son of the late Thomas Gordon Wade and Flora Thomas Wade. He was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Cora Wade, son, Kenneth Chapman Wade, infant children, William Wade, Edward Wade, Barbara Ann Wade and Edna Wade, brothers, Homer Wade, Gordon Wade, Roy Wade, sister, Edith Jones. Hubert was a farmer and a member of Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Wendell and Mary Wade, Cleveland; daughter-in-law, Linda Wade, Cleveland; sister, Alma Pilgrim, Cleveland; grandchildren, Bryan Wade, Natalie Wade, Chris and Audrey Wade, Mike and Lisa Dixon, all of Cleveland; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Flynn and the Rev. Garvis Kinsey will officiate. Interment will be at Macedonia United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
