Ida E. Loggins

Ida Thomas Loggins, age 83, of Cleveland passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Mrs. Loggins was born on September 12, 1942, in Cleveland, Georgia, to the late Jonah Thomas and Hazel Mulkey Thomas. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. In addition to her parents, Ida was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Hubert Grady Loggins; siblings, J.B. Thomas, Neil Thomas, Olean Bates, Ora Freeman, Minnie Jean Robinson, Juanita Moose, Lester Thomas, and W.C. Thomas.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Damon Westmoreland; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Meg Loggins; grandchildren, Morgan and Kelly Welborn, Katie and Hunter Fletcher, Jonah Westmoreland, Lilly Westmoreland; great-grandchildren, Bentley Hancock and Koe Fletcher; brothers, Garvis and Joan Thomas and Robert Thomas; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Wayne Lovell will officiate. Interment will follow in Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
