Imogene Autry

Imogene Autry, age 94 of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Mrs. Autry was born August 2, 1931, in Cleveland, GA to the late Charles G. Wike and Ida Mae Black Wike. Imogene was a former retail store manager and was of the Christian Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 78 years, Hoyt Autry and numerous siblings.

Survivors include her children, Ernest David and Johnnie Mae Autry, Eunice Lavonne and Daniel Anania, Dennis Michael and Vicki Autry, and Diedre Lynn Valles; grandchildren, Kathryn Maryam Gilman, Ariel Munirih Sauzee, Bahiyyih Kamal Morgan, Jason Autry, Erin Baker, Joshua Autry, Ava Noell Valles, Shannon Anania, and Micheal Anania; 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, July 3, 2026, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Friday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
