Jackie Deelawrence Morgan Sr.

Mr. Jackie Deelawrence Morgan Sr. age 58 of Cleveland passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Morgan was born in Spalding County the son of the late Ira Russell and Carrie Lucille Williams Morgan. He was preceded in death by brothers, James Morgan, Jimmy Morgan, and Alton Morgan. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Morgan, Cleveland; sons and daughters in law, Jack and Christy Morgan, Clarkesville, Daniel and Kellie Morgan, Clayton, Josh and Elena Morgan, Cleveland; daughter and son in law, Dana and Josh Blackburn, Cleveland; brothers, Billy Ray Morgan, Johnny Russell Morgan, both of Cleveland, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Raymond Page and the Rev. Casey Robinson will officiate. Interment will follow at Stone Pile Baptist Church Cemetery in Clarkesville. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
