Jackie David Satterfield

Jackie David Satterfield, age 79, Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Mr. Satterfield was born on June 24, 1947, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late Clyde and Archie Forrester Satterfield. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the 9th infantry and a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Satterfield (Patsy) and Verle Satterfield (Fannie Ruth); sister, Joann Palmer (Zeb).

Survivors include his wife, Marites Satterfield; daughter, Melissa Satterfield; son, Chris Satterfield (Misty); grandchildren, Ethan Satterfield, Evan Satterfield (Kelsey), and Laci Howard (Chris); great-grandchildren, Millie Howard and Colter Howard.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Holly Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Kyle Savage and the Rev. Mike Irvin will officiate. Interment will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 7, 2026, at the funeral home.
