Jacob Matthew Hester

Jacob Matthew Hester, age 15, of Dahlonega, passed away Saturday February 21, 2015. Jacob was born in Gainesville, GA the son of Matt and Janice Hester. He was a student at Lumpkin County High School and attended Community Chapel Church. Jacob was preceded in death by his grandfather, Garnett Cox and great grandfather, Garner Hester. Survivors include his parents, Matt and Janice Hester, Dahlonega; sister, Jana Hester, Dahlonega; grandmothers, Wanda Hester, Bonnell Cox, both of Dahlonega; great grandmother, Helen Hester, Dahlonega; numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday February 24, 2015 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Lyman Caldwell, the Rev. Brandon Hester and the Rev. Jason Hester will officiate.
