James Edward Anderson

Mr. James Edward Anderson age 57 of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday May 25, 2010 at The Oaks at Scenic View following an extended illness. Mr. Anderson was born in Lumpkin County the son of the late Ralph C. Anderson and Sallie Mae Wood Anderson. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Anderson, Roy Anderson and sisters, Lena Crull, Louise Anderson, Barbara Anderson, He was a carpenter and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his daughter and son in law, Donna Lynn and Tim Rider, Demorest; daughter, Jennifer Snelgrove, Dahlonega; grandchildren, Tamika D.Hill, Chris L. Anderson, Will T. Pardue, Eric A. Pardue, Brandon J. Pardue, sisters and brothers in law, Martha and Eddie Baughn, Hueytown, AL, Dora and Harold Posten, Cleveland, Cathy and Tony Garcia, Pamela and Bob Loggins, all of Dahlonega; sisters, Shirley Flanigan, Dawsonville, Marie Miller, Dahlonega. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday May 27, 2010 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Terry Poole will officiate. Interment will follow in Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery.
