James Carl Brewington

James Carl Brewington, age 57 of Gainesville, passed away Sunday March 28, 2010. Mr. Brewington was born in Nashville TN the son of the late Fannie Mae Coker and Joe Brewington. He was employed by Gainco, Inc., a resident of Hall County for 35 years. and a Veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. Survivors include his son, James Dudley Brewington, Maryville, TN; daughters, Elizabeth Tonogan, Cleveland; Brandy Staton, Gainesville; Amy Stephens, Dawsonville; grandchildren, Dylan and Gracie Tonogan, Cleveland; Jaelyn and Drake Staton, Gainesville; mother of his children, Zulene Caudell Cathey, Sautee; brother, Marvin Brewington, Clarkesville; sisters, Jo Ann Cash, Cleveland, Jean Worley, Gainesville. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday April 1, 2010 at Zion Interdenominational Church in Cleveland. The Rev. Gary Heffner and the Rev. Steve Lewallen will officiate.
