James Actor Larsen

Mr. James A. Larsen age 87 of Cleveland passed away Saturday November 20, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Larsen was born in Crystal Lake Illinois the son of the late Actor Larsen and Mildred Mummey Larsen. He was a Veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army and a member of Helen Presbyterian Church. Mr. Larsen helped build over 30 Habitat for Humanity houses and made 8 mission trips to Mexico where he helped build 9 houses. Survivors include his wife, Harriet Larsen; his children, Karen Larsen Kimbrell, Eric James Larsen, Sonya Larsen Crews, Dana Keith Larsen, Donavan Keith Larsen; brothers, Alvin Larsen, Leroy Larsen; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday November 24, 2010 at Helen Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
