Jane Elizabeth Threlkeld

Jane Elizabeth Threlkeld, age 77, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. Mrs. Threlkeld was born on February 25, 1946, in San Diego, California, to the late Harold and Margaret Gillies Hervey. She was a homemaker and a member of Georgia Mountains Unitarian Universalist Church. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her brother, Danny Hervey. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Walter Fred Threlkeld, Jr., Capt. USNR (Ret.), Sautee Nacoochee, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Walter Fred Threlkeld III (Shanna), Plano, TX; daughter, Heather Sparks, Cleveland, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Katie Bennet (Brian), Sautee Nacoochee, GA; grandchildren, Harry, Max, Mina, Penelope Jane, Aidan, Olivia, and Alexander; sister, Lori DeNicola (Steve), Lake Forest, CA. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Georgia Mountains Unitarian Universalist Church in Dahlonega, Georgia. The Rev. Charlotte Arsenault will officiate.
