Janice Harkins

Janice B. Harkins, age 77, of Cleveland, was welcomed to her Heavenly home by the Lord Jesus Christ and by her family who was waiting her arrival on Friday, June 18, 2021. Mrs. Harkins was born November 15, 1943, in Cleveland to the late Joe and Idelle Bowen. Janice was an administrative assistant for the White County Commissioner’s Office. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her great grandchild, Kiara Jayde Seabolt and numerous aunts and uncles that were incredibly special to her. Survivors include her children and spouses, Lisa (Dickert) Harkins-Flanagan and Ray Flanagan; Tony and D.J. Harkins; grandchildren, Nikki Harkins, Drake and KiJana Seabolt, Heather and Kenny Pairmore, Angela and Tyler Wilkins, Jennifer and Jeremy Phillips, Cody and Hope Flanagan, Emma Flanagan, Jason and Debbie Lynn, Micah and Lawanda Lynn; great grandchildren, Tucker Harkins-Smith, DJ Seabolt, Zachy Seabolt, RJ Flanagan, Ava Ann Flanagan, Bryson Pairmore, Cheyanna Phillips, Corbin Phillips, Meredith Lynn, Landon Lynn, Collin Lynn, Caleb Lynn, William Lynn, Wesley Guined; siblings, Joel and Ruth Bowen, Barbara Ledbetter; nieces, nephews and cousins Kirk Bowen, Tim and Gina Dyer, Jim Dyer, Bud and Leslie Truelove. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.
