Jean Carroll

Sara Jean Carroll, age 89 of Cleveland, passed away August 24, 2013 at Stanford Medical Center. Mrs. Carroll was born November 1, 1923 in Atlanta, GA to the late Samuel Coker Ables and Arlene White Ables. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her husband, William Calvin Carroll and son, Bill Carroll, brothers Samuel Ables and Robert Ables. Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Tim and Natsuko Carroll, Half Moon Bay, CA; grandchildren, Clay Carroll, Brad Carroll, both of Lexington, KY, Julian Carroll, Brenna Carroll, Sean Carroll, all of Half Moon Bay, CA; great granddaughter, Hannah Carroll, Cumming; sisters, Janice Burgess, Colorado, Dorothy Wingo, Georgia. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Tommy Stowe will officiate.
