Jean Gilreath

Mrs. Jean Gilreath, age 73 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 11, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Gilreath was born September 8, 1936 in Cleveland to the late Clarence Phillip and Bonnie Satterfield Nix. She was a Librarian for White County Library and a member of Tesnatee Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Earl Gilreath, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Judy Gilreath, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Dee Cannon, Cleveland; grandchildren, Jana and Johnny Shelton, Katie Gilreath, Joe Cannon, all of Cleveland; great-grandchild, Cole Shelton, Cleveland; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Jonell Nix, Donald and Janet Nix, all of Cleveland. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2010 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Phillip Robinson will officiate. Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-9 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
