Jerry Lane Pilgrim

Jerry Lane Pilgrim, age 61, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Mr. Pilgrim was born on January 2, 1961, in Demorest, Georgia, to the late John and Alma Wade Pilgrim. He was a self-employed carpenter. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Pilgrim and Leon Pilgrim; and sister, Melba Smith. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Sheri and Kale Allen, Demorest, and Kara and Jay Barrett, Demorest; brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Debbie Pilgrim, Cleveland, and Tony and Sonya Pilgrim, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Queenola and Jim Daniel, Cornelia; sisters, Charlene Ivester, Cornelia, and Elizabeth Allen, Gainesville; grandchildren, Kaylan Barrett, Kadie Barrett, Kobe Yon, Haley Yon, Brody Allen, and Harper Allen. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Bobby Ivester and the Rev. Kenneth Taylor will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the memorial service.
