Jerry Satterfield

Jerry Satterfield, age 79, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019.    Mr. Satterfield was born in Cleveland to the late Frank and Lillie Ann O’Kelley Satterfield.  In addition to parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Jack Satterfield, and sisters, Peggy Crow and Betty Doughty. He was a retired truck driver for Complete Auto Transit, an employee of Barrett Funeral Home and a member of the Christian Faith.    “Don’t every let the sun go down without telling someone you love them or forgive them.” -Jerry’s favorite quote   Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jodie Satterfield, Buford; daughter, Jenny Bruce, St. Petersburg Beach, FL; daughter, Tiffani Satterfield, Cumming; the mother of his children, Sheila Diehl, Cumming; grandchildren, Kyle Satterfield, Bryce Satterfield, Jackson Satterfield, and Brady Jack Satterfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.    Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, December 28, 2019 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Milton Harris and Rev. Brandon Hester will officiate. Entombment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.    The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
