Jewell Edward "Jeb" Bramlette

Mr. Jewell Edward “Jeb” Bramlette, age 74 of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Bramlette was born in Jackson County to the late Thomas Watson and Minnie Lou Cape Bramlette. Mr. Bramlette was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the Korean War. He was a Terminal Manager with Howard Trucking Company and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include wife: Shirley Bramlette, Cleveland; son and daughter in law: Mike and Lynn Bramlette, Cleveland; grandson: Michael, Cleveland; granddaughter: Stacy Payne, Cleveland; sister: Viola Healen, Conyers; brother in law and sister-in-law: Kenneth & Cathy Teague, Ellijay; several nieces and nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 4, 2010 in the chapel of Barrett Funeral Home with the Rev. Rondal Garmon, Rev. Marc Turner officiating and with Rev. Leon Carter at graveside. Interment will follow in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
