Jo Ann Goodwin

Jo Ann Goodwin, age 85, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, November 10th, 2025.

Jo Ann was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Emerson Hoyt Moulder and Elizabeth Faye Maddox Moulder. Jo Ann was a former patient technician for Dekalb General Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Eugene Goodwin.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Raymond Rega; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Cathy Goodwin; partner, Martin Herrera; grandchildren and spouses, Jason and Sherri Rega, Casey and Felesha Rega, Michael C. Goodwin, Lauren McGlauchlen, Matthew and Danielle Goodwin, Kevin Hill; 11 great grandchildren also survive. Jo Ann was beloved by the Helen community, she will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family, her love of her city and the friends she made.

A celebration of life service is scheduled for 1:00 PM Saturday, December 6, 2025 at The Festhalle in Helen, GA.
