Joan Elsey

Joan Marie Elsey, age 69, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026.

Ms. Elsey was born on December 14, 1956, in Dallas, Texas, to the late James and Jeanette Tindale Elsey. She worked as a caregiver. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her brother, George Albert Elsey.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth Ann Fuller; nieces and nephews, Jason and Kim Fuller, Chad and Tabitha Fuller, Michelle and Jon Mobley, James and Shelly Patterson, Chris and Michelle Elsey, Beth, Kayla Fuller, Hannah Mobley, Olivia Fuller, Hallie Mobley, Katie, Chaney Westbrook, Kristen Thompson; grand nieces and grand nephews, Lauren, Lindsey, Samuel, Timothy, Sarah, Madeline, Nathan, Hunter, and Autumn.
