Joann Dorsey

Joann Dorsey, age 81 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016. Mrs. Dorsey was born April 11, 1935 in Greenville, SC to the late Joseph and Nola Conner Stover. She was a homemaker and a member of Mossy Creek United Methodist Church. Mrs. Dorsey was preceded in death by her husband Ollis Hayward Dorsey, sister Joyce Abernathy and brother Ray Stover. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and James Ledford, Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Ray and Megan Dorsey, Hartwell; Darrell and Gail Dorsey, Cleveland; sisters, Jessie Meaders, Cleveland; Frances Seabolt, Hartwell; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and special friend, Shirley Eller. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, June 19, 2016 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Heffner will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park.
