John Lee London Sr.

John Lee London Sr., age 66 of Carnesville, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mr. London was born August 28, 1944 in White County to the late John Graves and Rosie Holcomb London. He was a member of Whole Word Worship Center where he served as Assistant Pastor. He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters. Survivors include his son, John London, Carnesville; daughters, Wand Bearden, Cleveland; Cindy Johnson; brother, Grant London, Cleveland; sisters, Fern Ward, Levern Barron, Winnie Littleton, all of Cleveland; 3 grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Eugene Turner and the Rev. Marvin Brown will officiate. Interment will follow in Blue Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
