Mr. Mobley was born on December 25, 1925 in Mobile AL to the late John Frances and Ruth Batchler Mobley, Sr. He was in the restaurant industry. Survivors include: wife: Juanita Mobley, Cleveland; sons: Shane Mobley and Gary Mobley of Sevierville, TN and Walter Mobley, Helen; brother: James Mobley, Cleveland and 1 grandchild.
