Jonnie White Ragland

Mrs. Jonnie White Ragland age 77 of Dahlonega passed away Friday November 7, 2008 at Northeast Ga Medical Center. Mrs. Ragland was born in White County the daughter of the late John Hiram and Elizabeth Lina Ballard White. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Sydney Ragland. Mrs. Ragland was an assistant administrator at Gold City Convalescent Center and a former school teacher at Lumpkin County Elementary School. She was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include her sons, Tim Ragland, Charlie Ragland, both of Dahlonega; sister, Anna Mildred McLeroy, Cleveland; brother Jack White, Clayton; grandson, John Ragland, Dahlonega. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday November 8, 2008 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Alan Morris will officiate. Interment will be in Gateway Memory Park.
