Mr. Joseph Hartwell Flanagan, age 83 of Gainesville, GA passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026.
Mr. Flanagan was born in Gainesville, GA on May 3, 1942, to the late Andrew Jackson Flanagan and Bassie Pauline Flanagan. He was a self-employed general contractor and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Flanagan was preceded in death by his parents, son, Clete Flanagan; Sister-in-Law, Velvie Caudell; and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Flanagan; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Leroy Clark Jr. and Kay Clark, and Harrison Clark and Joann Clark; nephew, Charles Flanagan; and sister-in-law, Dolly Flanagan.
There will be no service for Mr. Flanagan.
