Joyce Rowell of Sautee, GA passed away May 21, 2020. Mrs. Rowell was born May 13th, 1935 in Nashville, TN. She was a homemaker, teacher, and a retired co-manager of Mason Transplant house at Emory Healthcare and a member of Nacoochee United Methodist Church. Mrs. Rowell was preceded in death by her father, Robert Earl Stover Sr., mother, Katherine Downey and brother Dick Stover. She is survived by her husband Paul Rowell of Sautee Nacoochee, GA; Daughters, Gwenette Andersen and husband Robert of Loveland, CO; Sharon Rowell and husband John Zabasky of Oxnard, CA; Lisa Evans and husband Dennis of Sugar Hill, GA; Brothers, Dan Stover and wife Christine of Kentwood, MI; Robert Earl Stover and wife Judy of Naples, TX. Grandchildren Brigitte Vaysberg and husband Stas; Marcus Deason, Colby Nelson and fiancé Jessie Smith, Dale Higgins and wife Tabitha, RJ Zabasky, Justin Evans, and AJ Zabasky. As well as great grandchildren Harley, Leonardo, Scarlett, Jaxon and Indi. No public services are scheduled at this time.
