Joyce Whitlock Voytek

Joyce Whitlock Voytek, age 70 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018.   Ms. Voytek was born in Jacksonville, IL to the late Bert M. and Jane Bingemann Whitlock. Joyce worked as a real estate agent for The Norton Agency for a number of years and co-owned and operated The Rose Bud Gift Shop in Helen, GA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard B. Whitlock and Lawrence R.
