Juanita Mann Debey

Juanita Mann DeBey, age 76, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Mrs. DeBey was born on May 4, 1947, in Birmingham, Alabama, to the late Emmett and Leotra Medlock Sanders. She was a homemaker and a professional dancer. In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by 8 siblings. Survivors include her husband, Timothy DeBey; sons, William Mann and Michael DeBey; daughters, Christine Starr, Carlene Moore, Shanna Oser, and Janna DeBey; daughter-in-law, Jessica Belcher; 9 grandchildren. Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 25, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.
