Juanita Mcginnis

Juanita McGinnis, age 85 of Summerville, GA formerly of Toccoa and Cleveland, GA passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Mrs. McGinnis was born July 10, 1929 in Griffin, GA to the late Paul and Ruby Strickland Peeples. She was a homemaker and a member of Horizon Baptist Fellowship in Summerville. Mrs. McGinnis was preceded in death by her husband Guy McGinnis and sister Pauline Clark of Griffin. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce and Cathey McGinnis, Cleveland; David and Deborah McGinnis, Summerville; Jeff and Ladora McGinnis, Ringgold; sister Margaret Brownlee, Fayetteville; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, August 9, 2014 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Chris Anderson and the Rev. Dennis Turner will officiate.
