Juanita Moose

Mrs. Juanita Thomas Moose, age 72 of Pendergrass, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020. Mrs. Moose was born on April 8, 1948 in White County to the late Jonah and Hazel Thomas. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Edward Moose, brothers W.C. Thomas, Lester Thomas, Neal Thomas, J.B. Thomas and as well as sisters, Olean Bates and Minnie Jean Robinson. Survivors include her children, Buddy Wade Jr. and Connie Wade, Flowery Branch, Terry and Shelia Moose, Pendergrass, grandchildren Tyler Wade and Tara Moose, brothers Robert Thomas, Alto, Garvis Thomas, Demorest, sisters Ida Loggins, Cleveland, Ora Freeman, Demorest and best friend and “sister” Frances Chastain. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M – 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service.
