Julianne Payne Kelley

Julianne Payne Kelley, age 75 of Cleveland, GA, formerly of Toccoa, GA, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022 due to illness. Mrs. Kelley was retired from United Community Bank and was a member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Her favorite pleasure was spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. Julianne was born October 9, 1946 in Toccoa to the late Guy Stephens Payne and Aldyne Fulbright Payne. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Miller Kelley; and her two brothers, Lamar Payne and Steve Payne. Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Bowen, Greenwood, SC; her son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Starla Kelley, Cleveland; her two special grandsons, Nash Bowen and Hudson Kelley; sister-in-law, Betty Payne, Toccoa; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Brenda Kelley, Toccoa; a niece, several nephews, special cousins and a special friend, George Hosea of Toccoa. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Turner will officiate. Interment will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens in Toccoa. The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
