June Ann Young

June Ann Young, age 79, of Cleveland passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Mrs. Young was born on February 18, 1943, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late Herman and Louise Davis Truelove. June worked as a personal assistant for Jim Young Construction and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir for many years. In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Young; stepfather, Herman Truelove. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Debbie Sharp, Phyllis Roberts, Alan Craven and Phillip Moore II; sister, Theresa Myers; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 4, 2022, at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. The Rev. Steve Baker will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at the church, prior to the memorial service.
