Kay Reinhardt Black, age 75 of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Black was born on May 5, 1934 to the late John and Bessie Chambers Black. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Garvice Black. Survivors include her husband, Garvice Black, Cleveland; daughter, Wanda Gail, Cartersville; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Donald Windsor, Cartersville; brother, John “Jit” Reinhardt, Mexico Beach, FL; granddaughter, Leslie Michelle Black, Sarasota, FL; great-grandson, Tyler Grant Walter, Sarasota, FL; great-granddaughter, Leah Walter, Sarasota, FL.
