Keith Wayne Blackwell

Keith Wayne Blackwell, age 38 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Habersham Medical Center. Mr. Blackwell was born January 6, 1974 in Ft. Hood, TX to Kenneth Wayne and the late Ruth Lois Gailey Blackwell. He was a carpenter and a member of Hazel Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Kathaleen Blackwell, Cleveland; daughters Shaina Blackwell and Missy Blackwell, both of Cleveland; father, Kenneth Blackwell, Cannon; brothers, Greg Blackwell, Cleveland; Shane Blackwell, Toccoa; Leslie Gailey, Mt. Airy; sisters, Patty Pursley, Commerce; best friend, Jon Norton, Homer. Memorial services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon, Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Hazel Creek Baptist Church. The Rev.
