Kerry David Schapansky

Kerry David Schapansky, age 61 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Schapansky was born October 31, 1949 in McPherson, KS to Shirley Hardesty and the late Lloyd Schapansky. He was a carpenter. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Jusitn and Jessica Schapansky, Mt. Airy, GA; mother and step-father, Shirley and Philip Hardesty, Great Bend, KS; step-mother and step-father, Connie and Chuck Smith, Cleveland, GA; sister, Linda Schapansky, St. Augustine, FL; brother, Larry Schapansky, Cleveland, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Sherri and Ricky Gerrell, Cleveland, GA; half-sister, Dancel Rodger, Great Bend, KS; grandchildren, Dylan Schapansky, Caroline, Schapansky, Luke Bennett, all of Mt. Airy, GA. Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Sunday, June 12, 2011 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Heffner will officiate.
