Larry Parish

Mr. Larry Parish, age 83 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, April 05, 2011. Larry went to be with the Lord and to meet family members gone before him, his parents, Charles Dugger and Ailene Parish and a grandson, Jeremy Lloyd. Mr. Parish was born September 1, 1927 in Atlanta. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, a member of Mossy Creek United Methodist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife: Ina (Betty) Hooper Parish, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law: Doug and Sheila Parish, Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jim Newell, Lawrenceville; brother and sister-in-law: Harry and Beverly Parish, Ellenwood; sister and brother-in-law: Jacque and Bill Dean, Acworth; and sisters: Colleen Adams, Alabama and Janelle Parish, South Carolina; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday April 8, 2011 at Mossy Creek United Methodist Church with the Rev. Nanci Hicks and Rev. Mike Spence officiating.
